I was hoping the color and pattern would look more like the photos, but in person it was a bit different than I expected. It’s not terrible, just not really the look I thought I was getting

The clothes were cute, so I’ll give them that, but wow, the return/exchange process was more annoying than it needed to be. I don’t have a lot of patience for chasing things down, and I ended up having to follow up myself just to see what was going on. It wasn’t a total nightmare or anything, but the exchange took too long and felt like extra work I wasn’t expecting.

I wasn’t too happy with the support experience, to be honest. Maybe they were having a busy day or short-staffed, but the replies felt slow and a bit dismissive. I had to follow up more than once, and even then I didn’t really get the help I was looking for...

I ordered a dress for my daughter from Pink Chicken, and the print was adorable. I even went back and checked my order email/receipt to make sure I hadn’t picked the wrong size, because she’s usually a 6, but this one felt short and a little snug in the chest.
I’d probably size up next time, but for the price I wish the fit was more predictable. It wasn’t a bad purchase, just a little frustrating when you’re shopping online and relying on the size listed

They definitely have some really cute things, and maybe I’m just being picky, but the prices felt high for what you actually get. The quality seemed okay to me, just not anything special enough to justify the cost.

I ordered a dress for my daughter from Pink Chicken, and while the dress itself is really cute, the way it showed up was disappointing. It came in this thin mailer that was already ripped on one side, i had been wondering if the packaging would feel a little cheap for the price, and yeah, this pretty much confirmed that for me.

Thankfully the dress wasn’t damaged, but there was no tissue, no real protection, and the tag was all bent up. It just felt a bit careless, especially from a brand like this. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected it to feel more nicely packaged.

I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. I don’t know why it’s taking this long, but it’s annoying at this point.

I thought these were really cute when I first got them, but the first impression went downhill fast. After just one wash, the fabric already felt rough and kind of cheap. I was expecting better quality, so I don’t think it was worth the money...

I ordered a dress from pinkchicken.com and the whole thing was really simple, the site loaded without any weird delays, the sizing info was easy enough to figure out, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and I got the confirmation email right away so so far everything’s been smooth and I’d definitely order from them again.

I really like the vibe of pinkchicken.com. The colors and prints are cute without feeling over the top, and the whole site just has a nice, cheerful look to it. A few pages loaded a little slowly for me, but nothing that made me leave. Weirdly, I remember noticing one tiny chicken print and thinking it looked like it had a lot of personality. Overall, it was easy to browse and fun to look through

I really like a lot of the clothes on Pink Chicken. Cute. The only frustrating part is that so many of the sizes I wanted were already sold out. Ugh. I kept checking back, but still missed a few things I had my eye on. The site itself is easy enough to shop, I just wish the inventory was updated better or restocked more often

I really liked the print and the fit was actually good, but the fabric wasn’t nearly as soft as I expected. My kid wore it for a bit and said it started feeling scratchy, which was frustrating for the price. I also tried reaching out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or actually help. Cute item, just not the quality or support I was hoping for.
